Terms of Service

The services are provided by Jyanti Maingi, an independent coach and trainer based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Coaching is a confidential, forward-looking partnership in which I help you reflect, set goals and take action. It supports your growth and decisions, and it complements medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, which remain with the qualified professionals who provide it. You remain responsible for your own choices and results.

You book by choosing an available time on the booking page. Your booking is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation, and, where a fee applies, once payment is received. Please arrive on time, because sessions end at the scheduled time.

Fees are shown before you confirm a booking or purchase. In India, payments are taken in Indian rupees through Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking). Elsewhere, payments are taken through PayPal. Applicable taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout. Your card or bank details stay with the payment provider.

You may reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before it begins, using the link in your confirmation email. Changes requested inside 24 hours, and sessions that are missed, may be treated as used. If I need to reschedule, I will offer you a new time or a refund.

A course gives you personal access to its materials once payment is received. Access is for you alone, and you agree to keep your sign-in to yourself and to use the materials for your own learning; copying, resale and publication of them remain with me as their owner. If a course turns out to be the wrong fit, you may ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course. Write to me with the email you used to enrol.

A place at a workshop or event is reserved once you have registered and paid. If you are unable to attend, tell me as early as you can. Where a date changes or an event is cancelled, I will offer you a place on another date or a refund.

Corporate programmes, workshops and facilitation are agreed in a written proposal that sets out the scope, dates, fees and any terms specific to your organisation. Where it differs from these terms, the proposal applies.

I keep your coaching conversations confidential, following the ICF Code of Ethics, within the limits that the code and the law describe. For corporate work, I agree with your organisation in advance what is shared and with whom.

The content of this website, my courses, exercises and workshop materials belongs to me or is used with permission. You may use it for your own learning. Please ask before reproducing or sharing it more widely.

Please use the site lawfully and considerately. Please keep to the areas meant for you, so the site runs well for everyone. I take care to keep the content accurate, and I offer it as general information that may sometimes be incomplete or out of date.

I work with care and skill. Results depend on many things, including your own actions, so I offer my best work and you remain responsible for the outcomes you choose to pursue. To the extent the law allows, my responsibility for any claim connected with my services is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned.

How I handle your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana, have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under the consumer protection law of the place where you live.

I may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. Sessions and courses you have already paid for continue on the terms in force when you paid. Questions are welcome at jyantimaingi@gmail.com.
